Concentration
For the first minute, focus on your breath. For this, close your eyes and sit in a relaxed posture. Inhale slowly, filling your lungs to capacity. Release the breath without making any sound and without holding the breath. Usually, the cycle of deep breathing should be five to six minutes, so take deep breaths in the first cycle of 10 to 12 seconds.

Naad Gunjan
After focusing on the breath for one minute, make a low humming sound with your mouth closed to exhale. Concentrate on the humming sound (AUM). And then repeat this process five or six times.
Ajpa Jaap
The mind becomes calm by humming the sound. The third action is to enjoy this blissful mood, focusing on your normal breathing process. This speed can be increased and decreased. Notice this particular sound while inhaling and exhaling. This is the sound of ‘So-Hum’. When we inhale or exhale, we make a sound like ‘hum’. This is called Ajpa Jaap.
But after listening to the sound, peace starts coming into the mind, this experience is later immersed in Ajpa Jaap. After this, sitting in the posture of meditation with joy, you are complete and full of love. And do not imagine anything at this stage and remain silent even with the surrounding environment. Focus on yourself and sit quietly in witnessing for some time. Finally, rub your palms together and apply on your eyes. After some time remove the palms and open the eyes. But before doing this yoga, consult your health advisor or yoga instructor.
